During COVID and my insolation, while on my current course of treatment, I have taken up running.  On completion of the coach to 5K I have decided to push myself, to this end I have signed up to the “World Unite 10K Run” which will be held on the 10 October, 2020.  To help keep me focused and to ensure I complete this, I am running for 2 great causes:-
